JD_Executive - Finance & Accounts

Purpose: This position will be responsible for overall Finance & Accounts functions of organization.

Job Title: Jr Executive Finance & Accounts

Qualification : B. Com/M.Com
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Responsibilities:
Responsible for entering accurate and timely data into the accounting system
Responsible for performing month-end closing accounts activities Responsible for recording transactions and events relating to sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash
Responsible for statutory compliances & its returns
Responsible for GST, TDS finalization and its returns
Responsible for payment
Co-ordination with CA on day to day basis
Responsible for bank reconciliation and its reporting to Management on daily basis (Bank, Vendor, Customers, Advances etc.)
MIS reports

Skills:
Well versed with MS office
Well versed with ERP software (ERP next Preferred)
Well versed with statutory compliances and returns

Working Conditions: This will be a office based position.
