Job Description

We re looking for a motion designer first, tool expert second

You ll craft motion that communicates meaning and emotion from expressive UI interactions to storytelling animations

You ll also help define the motion design system for all products, ensuring scalability, consistency, and seamless developer handoff

Define the motion language for Mavenark products from the ground up Work with a team that truly values motion as part of UX Freedom to experiment, iterate, and build reusable systems Competitive pay, benefits, and room for growth Experience designing gamified or interactive motion systems Familiarity with UX + behavioral psychology Knowledge of React / React Native motion constraints Hands-on experience with Rive, Spline, Unity, or GSAP / WebGL Background in character animation (even stylized or minimal) Collaboration with developers for in-product motion implementation

Proficiency in Rive (rigs, state machines) and After Effects + Lottie Strong portfolio in UI / character / product / interaction animation 2-4 years of motion design experience in digital products or games Mastery of animation principles (timing, spacing, anticipation, follow-through) Ability to convey emotion and personality through subtle character motion Character animations & personalities (mascots, assistants, subtle guides) Emotionally driven UI motion micro-interactions, transitions, confirmations Dynamic financial data visualizations Gamified motion systems progress, achievements, rewards Motion guidelines easing, timing, reusable patterns Explainer & storytelling animations for financial concepts
