Note: A strong understanding of SAP (FI/CO, MM, PP, SD modules) is essential.
1.Assist MIS Head with Reterival, validation & Analysis of data for Management reporting purpose.
2.Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of MIS supported by Analysis on Sales, Margin, Expenses etc.
3.Help to develop a review format for various funcation/channel/dept for assist in decision making.
4.Preparation & Analysis of Profitability Report at various level such as Division, Product, Customer, Segments,channels,plants etc
5.Provide support to stakeholder for performance vs Budget, actual & Last year with review formats.
6.Day to day monitoring of Variances, Price differences-Analysis & Action item for discrepancies
7.Working closly with cross functional team such as -accounts/business/support function for smooth book closure and compliation.
8. Identify process which could reduce manual work to be done automise
9.Cost saving Ideas & Initiatives
10.Part of Annual Budgeting exercise
11.Peer Group/competitor analysis and benchmarking
12.Ad-hoc analysis & Special projects.
13.Preparation of OPEX & CAPEX - Strategic Plans, Five Years plan.
