Job Description
This role is centered on Sales Operations and Management Information Systems (MIS). It requires a candidate who is not just a data entry specialist, but a data storyteller who can translate raw sales figures into actionable insights for leadership.
Role & responsibilities
- Maintain stock and sales reports on a daily basis.
- Prepare Target vs Achievement reports.
- Create and manage consolidated sales and performance reports.
- Assist Sales Executives and Regional Heads in fulfilling their MIS-related requirements.
- Should be responsive and multitasker.
- Sharing monthly Employee Incentive reports.
- Handling Salesforce Automation portal for Sales Rep. Tracking.
- Management of Monthly Distributor claims.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: 2 - 3 years in MIS or relevant role.
- Skills Required:
- Advanced Excel (Must)
- Excel Charts and Dashboards
- Power Query (Must)
- Power BI (Optional)
