Job Summary:

Specialist-MIS Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

The role will involve handling day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and supporting the finance team with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Entry to reports of every deal with 100% accuracy.
- Build strong practice of billing records, be end to end responsible for ----- Billing including collection settlements.
- Build strong data hygiene practices to eliminate possible errors in data keeping & tracking
- Be responsible for entry, tracking, billing, printing, scanning and settlements of each deal without compromising on process flow.
- Ensure timely completion of each activity, plan your day meticulously to avoid repetitive work.
- Build processes, ideate & propose new methods to improve process & workflow.
- Coordinate with other departments seamlessly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office & Excel, strong hold on emails & calls required.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, ZohoBooks, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
