Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Security & Microsoft 365 Solution Architect with extensive hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Security solutions. The ideal candidate should be a technical expert who can architect secure, scalable, and modern workplace solutions while also being capable of resolving complex technical challenges in enterprise environments.This is a hands-on architecture role requiring deep technical expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, identity management, endpoint security, collaboration platforms, and Zero Trust security architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and implement secure Microsoft 365 solutions for enterprise customers.
• Lead end-to-end implementation and migration projects across Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Provide technical leadership for Microsoft Security and Modern Workplace initiatives.
• Resolve complex technical issues involving Microsoft 365, Identity, Security, Collaboration, and Endpoint Management.
• Conduct architecture reviews and recommend best practices aligned with Microsoft's security framework.
• Design and implement Zero Trust security strategies across enterprise environments.
• Develop high-level and low-level solution designs (HLD/LLD), implementation plans, and technical documentation.
• Work closely with customer stakeholders, project teams, and delivery engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform technical assessments, security posture reviews, and solution optimization.
• Lead technical workshops, proof of concepts (POCs), and customer demonstrations.
• Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices, governance standards, and security compliance requirements.
• Mentor technical consultants and engineers while providing architectural guidance during project delivery.

Identity & Access Management

• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Hybrid Identity, Azure AD Connect / Entra Connect, Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Identity Governance, Single Sign-On (SSO)

Microsoft Security

• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Identity, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender XDR

Endpoint Management

• Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Security, Device Compliance
• Configuration Profiles, Windows Autopilot, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM)

Security & Compliance

• Zero Trust Architecture, Microsoft Secure Score, Compliance Manager, Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Sensitivity Labels, Insider Risk Management, eDiscovery, Retention Policies, Information Governance

Infrastructure

• Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, PKI, PowerShell, Azure Administration, Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure and security technologies.
• Minimum 5 years of experience architecting Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Strong hands-on implementation experience across Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Security workloads.
• Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving highly complex enterprise technical issues.
• Experience with enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 migrations and security transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and Microsoft security best practices.
• Experience designing highly available, secure, and scalable Microsoft environments.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and drive complex issue resolution independently.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders.
• Strong documentation, presentation, and solution design skills.
