Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience in Mutual Fund Operations (MFunds) and financial services support. The candidate should have good understanding of mutual fund processes, investor operations, MIS reporting, and coordination with internal/external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end mutual fund operational activities.
• Process SIP, redemption, switch, purchase, and investor-related transactions.
• Coordinate with AMCs, brokers, distributors, and clients for operational requirements.
• Manage investor onboarding, KYC verification, and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, transaction reports, and reconciliation data.
• Track pending transactions and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams for account opening, compliance, and approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of client portfolios and investment details.
• Support billing, reporting, and operational documentation activities.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
• Work on Excel-based reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Mutual Fund Operations and Wealth Management processes.
• Understanding of SIP, Redemption, NAV, KYC, and portfolio management.
• Hands-on experience in MIS reporting and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple operational tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with AMCs, Broking firms, or Wealth Management companies.
• Exposure to CAMS, KFintech, or investment platforms.
• Knowledge of Capital Markets and Financial Services domain.
