Position Summary:
- Building & strengthening customer relationships Listen, empathize and help customers achieve their goals
- Manage incoming chats, emails, calls, SMS, and various other channels, and handle appropriate follow-up
- Address, resolve, and record any customer issues that arise pertaining to business growth, billing, and general account satisfaction
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of the companys business model in order to answer all customer-related inquiries
