Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Handle export clients, maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Provide exceptional service, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, and managing any issues that arise. Sales Support & Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to align on client requirements, order specifications, and pricing for international markets. Order Management & Execution: Coordinate the flow of orders from export clients, ensuring product development, sampling, and production timelines are met. Export Documentation: Manage all export documentation and ensure compliance with international shipping standards, customs, and trade regulations. Product Development & Customization: Assist in the development of customized protective apparel for export clients based on international safety standards (e.g., EN ISO, NFPA 2112, ASTM). Production Follow-up: Oversee the production process, ensuring all garments meet safety and quality standards while staying on schedule for export deadlines. Costing & Pricing: Work with the pricing team to provide accurate costing, factoring in materials, labour, and international shipping. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet global safety certifications and export regulations, including fire resistance, heat resistance, and flame retardancy standards. Market Research & Trends: Keep abreast of international market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to help drive new product innovations and sales strategies. Key Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in sales merchandising Must be based in Mumbai. Proven track record in handling export clients, including managing international orders, export documentation, and compliance with global trade regulations. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage both client relationships and production timelines. Graduate in Fashion Technology, Apparel Merchandising, Textile Engineering, or related field preferred.
