Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Sample Development & Execution
- Oversee the sample development process from concept to final approval.
- Work closely with the design and sourcing teams to ensure accurate execution of samples.
- Maintain detailed records of sample iterations and approvals.
Factory Allocation & Vendor Coordination
- Allocate samples to appropriate factories based on capability and timelines.
- Regularly follow up with vendors to track sample progress and ensure timely completion.
- Address any issues arising during the development process to maintain quality standards.
Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure samples meet quality specifications, fit standards, and design expectations.
- Coordinate sample revisions and modifications as per feedback from the design team.
