Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)

Salary: Upto 12LPA

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented MEP Design Manager with strong expertise in HT, Chiller Plants (air-cooled/water-cooled) and VRV/VRF systems, Fire piping and Plumbing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing designs, technical documentation, and coordinating with clients and consultants to ensure successful project execution.

This role is ideal for engineers who have hands-on experience in designing HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, hospital, and high-rise building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & selection of chillers, pumps, cooling towers, Fire piping and Plumbing, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, Electrical Designs and other HVAC equipment.
Prepare HVAC system layouts (ducting, piping, controls) using AutoCAD / Revit.
- Develop BOQ, technical specifications, design reports, tender documents, and equipment data sheets.
- Manage documentation, submittals, and approvals with clients and consultants.
- Coordinate with MEP teams (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), architects, and contractors for project integration.
- Review vendor proposals and conduct technical evaluations.
- Support in value engineering, energy efficiency improvements, and system optimization.
- Provide technical support during installation, testing & commissioning stages.

Qualifications & Experience:

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 3 8 years of experience in MEP (70%) & HVAC (30%) design engineering.
- Prior exposure to commercial, industrial, healthcare, and large infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Membership/certification from ASHRAE / ISHRAE is an added advantage.
