Title: MEP Engineer
Location: Mumbai, Bengaluru and Delhi
Salary Range: 5 to 8 LPA
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
Department: Quality Control Third Party Quality Inspection
Experience Required: Minimum 5 to 8 years of site execution & QC experience in High rise residential Projects.
Role Purpose:
Lead the execution and quality assurance of all MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Firefighting), ensuring compliance with project standards, timelines, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee execution of all MEP works at site.
- Review drawings and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
- Conduct inspections and implement QC checks.
- Resolve technical issues and site constraints.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress and inspection reports.
- Supervise testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Ensure compliance with statutory codes and safety norms.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and supervisors.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, Plumbing & ELV systems.
- Good knowledge of IS codes, NBC, safety, and QC procedures.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools.
Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of site execution & QC experience.
- TPQI (Third-Party Quality Inspection) experience preferred.
