We are hiring experienced MEP Design Engineers with strong expertise in data center projects. The role involves designing and coordinating Electrical, HVAC, Fire Protection, and Plumbing systems for mission-critical facilities. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Mumbai and Bengaluru. Candidates must have hands-on experience in MEP design, load calculations, and code-compliant project delivery.

Mandatory: Data Center MEP Design experience (10-12 years)

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and coordinate MEP systems including Electrical, HVAC, Fire Protection, and Plumbing for data center projects.
Prepare detailed engineering deliverables such as load calculations, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), HVAC schematics, layouts, and BOQs.
Work on critical infrastructure including substations, DG systems, VRV/Chiller systems, ventilation, fire alarm, and sprinkler systems.
Develop and review Design Basis Reports (DBR), concept design reports, Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP), and fully coordinated drawings.
Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes and standards such as NBC, NFPA, and ASHRAE.
Review technical submittals, drawings, and vendor documents, providing timely and accurate feedback.
Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, architects, and site execution teams for seamless project delivery.
Participate in project meetings, conduct site visits, and support testing & commissioning activities.
Monitor design progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams to maintain design quality and consistency.
Ensure proper documentation, version control, and adherence to project specifications.
Actively contribute to resolving design clashes and coordination issues across disciplines.
