Job Description
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students.
- Develop and implement mentoring programs to enhance student outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to identify areas of improvement.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and community members.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 9 months of experience in a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
