Job Summary

The Marketing Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and clinics. The role involves building strong customer relationships, increasing product awareness, achieving sales targets, and gathering market intelligence to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the
  management.
• Generate prescriptions and increase product adoption within the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare
  professionals.
• Conduct regular visits to doctors, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders.
• Address customer queries and provide product-related information.
  
  

Product Promotion

• Conduct product detailing and presentations to healthcare professionals.
• Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Distribute promotional materials and product samples in compliance with company policies.

Working Conditions

• Extensive field travel within the assigned territory.
• Regular interaction with healthcare professionals and distributors.
• Flexible working hours based on business requirements.

• Achievement of sales targets.
