We are looking for Medical Representative for Client Advisor position for field marketing and sales for Bangalore and Mumbai locations for Global Organization

Position- Client Advisor (Administration and Field Marketing)

Location:

1. Bangalore - Jayanagar,

2. Mumbai - Borivali

Gender: Male and Female (Both can be considered)

Working Module: 6 days Working from Office (Sundays fixed off)

Shift Timing: 10 AM to 7PM (Monday to Saturday)

We are looking for a person who can take care of end-to-end requirements at the clinic Administration part with outreach programs for example:

• Administration

Appointment follow-ups. (Daily Max 20 calls)
Hygiene for the clinic.
Inventory of the clinic.
Greetings to the patients.
Building bond with them.
Register maintenance.
Excel maintenance.
Billing
Coordination with patients and Audiologist.

Outreach Programs-(Lead generation focused)

Hearing Screening / Hearing Check-up Camps

Conduct free or subsidized hearing test camps in:
Residential societies
Senior citizen homes
Explain the hearing test process
Book follow up clinic appointments
Counsel customers on next steps

Doctor / ENT Clinic Outreach

Regular visits to:
ENT doctors
General physicians
Hospitals & clinics
Objective: Build referral relationships, Share services & offers
Involvement: Coordinate appointments from referrals, Maintain referral data and follow ups
