Job Description

Role Description:-

Promote and sell dental aligners and related products to orthodontists and dentists
Develop new business opportunities and expand our client base
Educate healthcare professionals on product benefits and usage
Provide product training, demonstrations, and post-sale support
Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients (clinics, dental hospitals, individual practitioners)
Deliver product presentations and live demonstrations to healthcare professionals
Explain the features, advantages, and benefits of aligners
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals
Provide training and onboarding support to new clients
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, logistics) to ensure seamless delivery and support.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in medical device sales or dental product sales is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with the dental or orthodontic industry is an added advantage
Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
