Job Description

NW Aesthetics is hiring Medical Representatives to promote advanced Aesthetic Dermatology Injectables & Devices to dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, and hospitals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to market expansion
Increase market share by adding new clinics and strengthening existing accounts
Build strong relationships with dermatologists through regular visits and effective communication
Explain products confidently using strong product knowledge and solution-selling approach
Conduct product presentations, assist in demonstrations, and support training sessions for doctors and clinic staff
Address doctor queries, handle objections, and support follow-ups to drive closures
Track competitor activity, market trends, and provide regular field feedback
Attend CMEs, conferences, workshops, and promotional activities as required

Candidate Profile:

0-5 years experience as Medical Representative / Pharma Sales / Medical Devices Sales
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
Presentable, confident, and willing to work in the field
Interest in aesthetics and readiness to learn advanced products (training provided)
