About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and scientifically driven Manager Medical Affairs to support and strengthen our medical strategy in dermatology and trichology. The role will focus on scientific engagement, KOL collaboration, clinical education, and evidence-based positioning of our proprietary hair science platform, including QR678 and associated innovations.

Key Responsibilities

Scientific & Research Support

• Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and synthesize scientific data relevant to company products and therapeutic areas
• Support the development of scientific content, manuscripts, presentations, and training modules
• Assist in generating real-world evidence and contributing to peer-reviewed publications
• Provide accurate, referenced responses to medical queries in collaboration with the senior medical team

KOL Engagement & Scientific Networking

• Identify, profile, and engage with leading dermatologists and trichologists (KOLs)
• Build and maintain strong scientific relationships aligned with the organizations vision
• Collaborate with experts to co-create scientific content and participate as faculty in academic initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

Medical Strategy & Brand Positioning

• Support the strategic positioning of QR678® as a leading hair science platform through evidence-based communication
• Evaluate emerging therapies, innovations, and treatment paradigms for integration into medical strategy
• Provide ongoing scientific insights to internal stakeholders on trends and advancements in dermatology and trichology

Clinical Training & Education

• Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops for clinicians on protocols, techniques, and best practices
• Ensure clinicians are well-trained and confident in delivering optimal patient outcomes
• Develop and deliver internal training modules for field and clinical teams
