Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - MEDICAL SERVICES DEPT.
I] MEDICO MARKETING
1. Preparation of:
a) Product Monographs.
b) Package Insert.
c) Prescribing Information.
d) ABPIs.
e) CME slides.
f) Appraisals for drugs.
g) Training manuals (for BOs).
h) Training slides (for BO’s & PMT).
i) Literature articles / Write-ups.
2. Checking the Marketing material like Visual Aids, Leave behinds etc. for medical authenticity.
3. Answering the field queries.
4. Preparing New drug proposal.
5. Conducting Training sessions for BO’s & Marketing dept. on existing & new products.
6. New product launch: Training slides, Manual, Monographs, PIs and ABPIs
7. Collection and updation of the latest information available of the existing products.
II] CLINICAL TRIAL [Initiation, Monitoring and Closeout Activities]
1. Protocol preparation.
2. Pre-Study activities (site selection, coordinating with the investigator etc).
3. Assisting in submission of documents to the Ethics committee.
4. Monitoring the trial & trial related documents (on-site & off- site).
5. Statistical Analysis.
6. Report Writing & Publication.
III] REGULATORY
1. Preparation of required documents (Rationale).
2. Literature support for regulatory queries.
3. Justifications for product combination.
4. For Regulatory submission Co-ordination and obtaining all the doctors required for DCGI submission- CRDs, R& D and Regulatory.
IV] TOXICOLOGY STUDIES
1. Vendor selection, study startup, Timeless monitoring, report reviews and payment.
V] TRAINING TO TEAM MEMBERS
