Mechanical Draughtsman

Job Description

Perform all Drawing activities covering all engineering phases from basic, detail, commissioning, and construction according to the contractual requirements.
Monitor hours utilized against hours allocated along with the progress made.
Perform the drawing activities with the required correctness in a stipulated time allotted.
Must have adequate knowledge to perform the expected drawing activities in the required manner within stipulated time.
Setting new standards / formats / check lists for improving efficiency in routine work. For every quarter one check and necessary action is required.
Identifying new areas for development to survive in the competitive world. For every six months one check and necessary action is required.
Identifying new software requirements in consultation with design chief / GM Design / Design HOD and IT expert.
Must have knowledge of ASME & other fabrication codes
Must have knowledge of Auto CAD all version, Excel, etc
Preferred candidate working in company manufacturing fabricated equipment i.e. Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Columns, etc.

Qualification Diploma or ITI – Mechanical

Experience – 4 to 8 years

Salary – Based on Experience
