Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Creating 2D and 3D designs using CAD softwares like SolidWorks/Fusion 360/SolidEdge.
- Collaborating with clients to understand project requirements and deliver CAD designs that meet their needs.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation, such as CAD design reports and manuals.
- Conducting design reviews and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Working with cross-functional teams, like sales and project management, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Troubleshooting design issues and providing solutions.
- Staying updated with industry trends and new technologies
Preferred candidate profile
The candidate should be a Diploma / Degree - Mechanical Engineer from a reputed university.
0-2 years of experience in Product Design, New Product Development, Machine Design, Design for 3D Printing.
Good in Engineering Fundamentals.
- Proficiency in CAD software and design tools
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings.
- Good Knowledge of part modeling, surface modeling, assembly and drafting, GD&T, standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
