Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Description

Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.

Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.

Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.

Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately.

Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.

Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.

Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.

Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.

Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.

Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities.

Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.

Stay current with product specifications , engineering technology and production processes.

Develop best practices to improve production capacity , quality and reliability.

Investigate problems , analyze root causes and derive resolutions.

Aid in budget preparation and monitor expenses and profitability.

Job Overview:

Sales Marketing Manager will have full responsibility for developing and executing strategic marketing and sales plans to drive aggressive growth in revenue and profitability of the companys products.

Reports to: Marketing Sales Director

Key Responsibilties :

Develop and execute strategic business plan to drive growth in revenue and profitability.

Develop and implement specific marketing and sales plans consistent with the growth and profitability goals for all products.

Research , test , and launch creative strategies and plans to identify new marketing , sales , business , and product opportunities to expand the business

Own all aspects of product management including Price , Volume , Margin , Portfolio development.

Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing methods , including distribution channels.

Provide market and competitive intelligence to field sales and product managers through market

research , trend analysis , and other data mining methodologies and resources.

Develop and manage marketing and sales budgets and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.

Recruit , develop , and challenge a highly motivated , technically competent , and loyal team that can deliver results and grow into additional responsibility and leadership in the organization.

Direct the planning and development of division marketing , sales and product communications materials to establish and maintain a consistent and professional corporate image including website.

Develops and meets budgeted financial goals.

Key Responsibilties :

Should be a Mechanical Engineer with minimum 1to 2 years of relevant experience.

Good Autocad Knowledge.

Should have experience in Designing of Mechanical Equipments / Plants / Air Systems.

Commensurate with Drafting Understanding Speed.
