Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Review, validate, and report laboratory test results with high diagnostic accuracy.
Oversee day-to-day pathology laboratory operations and ensure quality service delivery.
Develop, review, and implement SOPs, policies, and laboratory documentation.
Conduct internal audits and support NABL/CAP/ISO accreditation requirements.
Monitor quality indicators, CAPA, and regulatory compliance.
Train and guide laboratory staff on quality standards and best practices.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational protocols.

Qualifications & Experience:

MD/DNB in Pathology with valid medical registration.
2+ years of experience in hospital or clinical diagnostic laboratories.
Strong experience in laboratory audits, SOP preparation, quality management systems, and lab operations.
Knowledge of NABL, ISO 15189, CAP, or similar accreditation standards preferred.
