Key Responsibilities
- As an HR Fresher, you ll get exposure to different areas of HR, including:
- Assisting with end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews
- Supporting onboarding and orientation of new team members
- Maintaining and updating HR records & databases
- Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities and events
- Supporting the performance appraisal cycle and feedback processes
- Helping with training & development programs logistics
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and practices
- Coordinating with employees to resolve day-to-day HR queries
Who Can Apply
- MBA (HR) Freshers Class of 2025 or equivalent qualification
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR within the social sector
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
