Job Description
Business Development Executive / Sales Intern (MBA Freshers)
Location: Mumbai (Vidyavihar Near Station)
Experience: 0-1 Year (MBA Freshers Welcome)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and online channels
- Identify potential clients in retail, FMCG, and food chain segments
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospects
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Assist in managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Support in preparing sales strategies and business plans
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support
- Track sales progress and work towards achieving targets
- Support team activities and gradually take ownership of client accounts
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA (Sales/Marketing preferred) or Graduate/Postgraduate
- Strong interest in B2B sales, SaaS, or ERP products
- Internships or projects in sales/marketing will be an added advantage
Key Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in sales
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team
