Role Description:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen the brand presence of Saptakala Media Pvt. Ltd. The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, driving audience engagement, and supporting business growth across print, digital, events, and AI-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Manage brand positioning, promotions, and communication campaigns across multiple platforms.
Oversee digital marketing activities including social media, SEO, content marketing, and online advertising.
Collaborate with internal teams to support the promotion of publications, events, and digital platforms.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain relationships with partners, advertisers, and media agencies.
Manage marketing budgets effectively and measure ROI of campaigns.
Lead a team to ensure timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

MBA (Marketing) or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in media, publishing, or events industry.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and campaign tracking.
Ability to think strategically while executing tactically under deadlines.
