Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies for logistics and freight forwarding services.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
Promote services such as freight forwarding, import/export logistics, customs clearance, and supply chain solutions.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and online branding activities.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.
Prepare marketing reports, performance analysis, and business development plans.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities for business growth.
Support the sales team with marketing materials, presentations, and client communication.
Track competitor activities and suggest improvements in services and positioning.
Manage sales team on a daily basis.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or supply chain industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and client relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to generate leads and achieve business growth targets.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
