Role & responsibilities

To facilitate the SBU to realize its vision by:

Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate and further the achievements of business goals.
Conduct market analysis on company products/services and share feedback with senior management to formulate improved sales and marketing strategies as well as product quality.
Assess Market potential and leverage through right product mix aligned with Healthcare Solutions. Continuously looks for new products/molecules in lined with divisional product basket.
Strategy and business development (includes new product launches)
Brand management to strengthen portfolio. Reviving existing Portfolio. Consolidate existing brand portfolio, create a strategy for distinct positioning and communication of the division.
Leverage to achieve sales goals and bottom-line objectives set for division.
Build cohesive sales and marketing team. To coach and develop Product Managers / Group Product Managers for higher responsibilities
Evaluating and controlling the marketing contribution for the division.
Improve Market Share, Rx and Rxers, Rank, Growth.
New Brand Building so as to grow the therapy area.
Achievement of Sales and profitability targets of the division. Monitor the marketing spend in lined with the budget.
Improve Speciality Coverage and Therapy Focus.
People Development and Team Building

Required candidate profile

-Candidate from Acute ( Gastro ) or Mass therapy.

-Pharma experience is must.

- Current designation should be - Marketing Manager

Total experience - 10 years to 14years

Work location - HO based role
