Job Description
- Create marketing + communication strategy for artists and releases in key growth markets.
- In depth knowledge of digital platforms to be able to develop, and manage marketing campaigns to ensure chart share.
- Lead teams in developing and executing wholistic campaigns (non-digital) - PR, Mainline, Tv and radio.
- Track key brand health indicators and improvise the strategy basis desired outcomes.
- Agency and partner management for all projects and workstreams.
- Support teams on digital and partner releases as needed..
- Leading the team for online / offline events end-to-end, including content, coordination,collaterals, vendor management, leads, and results.
- Presentation Creation: writing and story-telling to inspire.
- Efficient budget management to ensure profitability and success for the marketing team.
