Job Description

What You ll Do:

• Coordinate with retail outlets, channel partners, and distributors to execute brand activations and in-store visibility drives
• Be the go-to person for on-ground execution follow up, follow through, and make sure things actually get done
• Liaise between internal teams (brand, creative, sales) and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of marketing materials and campaigns
• Track activations, coverage, and feedback maintain clear records and share timely updates with the team
• Support planning and execution of consumer-facing events, demos, and sampling activities
• Manage vendor coordination for printing, fabrication, and collateral logistics
• Identify gaps on ground and flag them proactively we want someone who notices things before they become problems

What We re Looking For:

• Have 0 2 years of work experience (freshers with the right attitude are welcome)
• Must Have s
• Prior exposure to retail, events, or any coordination-heavy role even internships count
• Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with D2C, FMCG, or baby/kids brands.

Work Setup:

• Hybrid: 2 days from our Mumbai co-working space, 3 days WFH
