It has 53 Stores (none on Franchisee basis) Pan India (Maharashtra, Gujarat & Goa).

Designation- Marketing Executive (Field Marketing)

Sector/ Industry:- Retail/Opticians/ Eye care

Head Office location - Sion east, Mumbai

Experience - 0 to 2 years

Salary - depends upon the experience

Education - any graduate

Skills Required:

• Must have excellent communication skills with 0-2 year Marketing, Promotion and BTL experience.
• Computer skills should be good. MS-Office knowledge is must.
• The Roles Core Functions are: Execute the Below The Line (BTL) activities & amplifying Above The Line (ATL) activities (e.g. store promotions) to create awareness in the store catchment area and increase footfall in the stores.

Job Responsibility:

• Catchment Marketing using Below The Line (BTL) activities (e.g. store promotions, local area marketing, Auto Stickers, Newspaper inserts, Mall activities, Roadshows etc. & amplifying Above The Line (ATL) activities (e.g. Newspaper Ads, TV Commercials, Hoardings, Digital Medium etc.
• Vendor Sourcing & Co-ordination, Evaluating marketing campaigns, Conducting market research using questionnaires and focus groups, Monitoring competitor activity, Creating, maintaining and updating the departmental SOPs Skills
• Required: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, MS-Office.
• Candidate should be ready to Travel Pan-India.

Working days- 6 days working.
