Job Description Software Test Engineer (Flexcube Retail Banking)

AQM Technologies is looking for a skilled Software Test Engineer with experience in Flexcube Retail Banking. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Core Banking applications, payment systems, API testing, and database validation.

Experience

Mumbai (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and UAT Testing.
• Validate end-to-end banking and payment workflows.
• Execute test cases, identify defects, and track them through closure.
• Conduct API Testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Perform database validation and backend testing using SQL queries.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the testing lifecycle.

• Experience in FLEXCUBE Retail Banking, OBPM, OBDX
• Exposure to Banking Implementation or Migration Projects.

Educational Qualification

BCA / MCA / BE / B.Tech, BSc.IT, MSc.IT,

Preferred Candidates

• Immediate Joiners or candidates serving short notice periods.
• Candidates with prior Banking or Financial Services project experience.
