Manager/Senior Manager Investment Analyst

Job Description

• Have an aptitude for data crunching and analysis along with knowing the basics of investible asset classes to be able to draw comparative analysis to develop investment models. The role focusses on researching, analyzing, and modelling financial data to support investment decisions.

• Analyze and prepare client portfolios and assist them in the portfolio construction / review process by working with product team to achieve their financial objectives as per client suitability and risk profile.

• Study market trends product(s) performance, collate research reports, update, and train the Sales team on day-to-day investment related information, investment ideas, new product updates etc.

• Provide updates and recommendations to RMs and clients on portfolios. Thus, managing all relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Managing deliverables while servicing all ad-hoc queries and requests.

• Ensure adherence to Client Products Suitability policy, regulatory standards, and requirements as well as all operating processes relating to the front office.

• The successful candidate should be open to challenges, looking for immense growth professionally and intellectually. Passion towards wealth management is the most important.

• Minimum post-graduate in Finance or CFA/CFP with 5 8 years of relevant industry experience.

• Proficiency in ACE Equity/MF, MS-Office, etc. with strong analytical skills and financial modelling ability.

• Candidates who have cleared SEBI/NISM Investment Advisor Exams/hold a license will be preferred.

• Knowledge of relevant regulations pertaining to investment business.

• Proven leadership abilities, high degree of integrity with strong work ethic; thus, working in a self-managed, entrepreneurial environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple investment mandates.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills while managing clients.

• Demonstrate ability to work with a structured approach towards defined investment process.

• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.

• Fixed CTC.
