Job Description

Manager - Training Facilities & Program - Yuva Parivartan Manager - Training Facilities & Program Manager - Training Facilities & Program Manager - Training Facilities & Program Requirements:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the demo farm and LDC, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Implement and maintain effective administrative processes and systems for record-keeping, inventory management, infrastructure management, and resource allocation.
Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure alignment with operational goals. Leadership:

Provide strong leadership, ensuring that all staff adhere to policies and procedures.

Maintain effective communication and foster a culture of discipline and accountability.
Address and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring a well-organized and controlled environment. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Willingness to stay at demo farm having big residential setup with
all facilities.
Skill Development Management:
Coordinate and collaborate with trainers and trainees for smooth execution of training programs.
Facilitate the process of proper lodging, boarding, and hospitality for all visitors and trainees.
Participate in hands-on training and learning opportunities to understand farming operations
Support farming activities as needed, with the goal of integrating farming knowledge into overall administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and leadership skills with the multitasking ability.
