Responsible for Compensation, Policies, Benefits and Wellness. Salary Cost Budgeting. Compensation Benchmarking. Driving Increment and Variable Pay cycles. HR Policy Mgt. Comp interventions. Retention Schemes. Liaison with International HR teams.

Required Candidate profile

3 yrs of HR experience with Min 1 year in Total Rewards / C & B. Exp with comp tools e.g Mercer, Aon, Radford. Exp in automation/HRMS. Preferably worked with geographies like Philippines & Egypt
