We are seeking an experienced Manager ALM Sales to manage and grow a portfolio of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), DevOps, and Software Engineering solutions within an enterprise IT distribution ecosystem. This role will focus on product strategy, OEM partnerships, channel enablement, and driving revenue growth through partner-led GTM execution for ALM solutions.

• Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of ALM and DevOps product portfolio.
• Define ALM business plans, solution roadmaps, and growth strategies aligned with enterprise software development needs.
• Lead OEM/vendor relationships for ALM tools including, joint business planning, QBRs, and pipeline reviews.
• Drive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, product launches, and campaigns for ALM and DevOps solutions.
• Enable sales teams and channel partners through:
• ALM solution positioning
• DevOps value messaging
• Sales playbooks, demos, and enablement sessions
• Support enterprise customers in:
• Application development modernization
• CI/CD adoption
• Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps transformation
• Drive revenue, margin, pipeline growth, and partner adoption across ALM categories.
• Track market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback in the ALM/DevOps space.
• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, marketing, delivery, operations, and finance for execution.

• Experience in GTM execution and partner-led selling
• Ability to articulate business value of ALM solutions to CXOs, CIOs, and engineering leaders
• Strong communication, analytical, and business planning skills

• Experience selling ALM solutions
• Exposure to security testing and DevSecOps tools
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, DevOps, or ALM platforms
