Job Description:

The candidate will be based at the corporate office of the reputed Pharma Company in Mumbai handling IR / Legal & Statutory Compliance and HR Generalist role.

Candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, ensuring statutory compliance, and support in end-to-end HR generalist activities. The role requires strong knowledge of industrial relations, labor laws, and HR best practices.

Candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws, including knowledge of new wage codes.

Candidate will be responsible to manage disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and conflict resolution and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation.

Candidate will be responsible for supporting in recruitment, on boarding, and employee lifecycle management, performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

Candidate will be responsible for supporting in developing training and development contents and arranging programs.

Required Candidate Profile:

Candidate should be MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field having minimum 10 to 15 years in HR, with a strong focus on Industrial Relations with experience preferably one Pharma company.

Candidates should have support in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

Candidate should have strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.

Candidate should have good knowledge of ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws, including knowledge of new wage codes.
