What Youll Do:

• Oversee design, implementation, and management of our service bus architecture.
• Lead the development and execution of service bus strategies to enhance integration and communication across business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration needs and provide innovative solutions that meet business objectives.
• Manage and optimize the performance of service bus infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Conduct regular assessments of existing systems and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting best practices in service-oriented architecture and integration.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporating relevant advancements into the service bus strategy.

What Were Looking For:

• A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a masters degree is a plus.
• 7-12 years of experience in service-oriented architecture, integration, or a related field within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of service bus technologies and frameworks, with a proven track record in managing service integration projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
