Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Implement security procedures across nodes, routes, hubs, and customer sites.
Monitor security systems and manage incidents involving theft, loss, or asset damage.
Conduct security audits, inspections, and surprise checks.
Support investigations and risk assessments across field locations and transport routes.
Coordinate with local authorities, security vendors, and external agencies.
Drive security awareness and training for field teams.
Maintain accurate incident and loss records.
Ensure effective security measures through vendor coordination.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
10+ years of experience in Armed Forces, CAPF, Police, Industrial Security, or equivalent organizations.
3+ years of corporate experience in Security & Loss Prevention, preferably in logistics, transportation, manufacturing, warehousing, or supply chain.
Professional certifications in Security Management, Industrial Security, or Risk Management will be preferred.
Strong field presence, investigation, risk assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
