Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales activities for building materials in assigned territory, focusing on government projects (PWD & PSU) and institutional sales.
Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue growth through effective project sales management.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at construction sites, understanding their needs and preferences.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and economic indicators to inform business decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 years of experience in area sales or similar role within the building material industry.
Strong knowledge of B2B sales principles, particularly in government projects (PWD & PSU).
Proven track record of success in institutional sales or project sales management.
