Job Description

TEMA India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with 10 to 15 years of experience in Business Development and Technical Sales within the process equipment manufacturing industry.

The role involves generating enquiries and converting them into firm orders for process equipment such as Pressure Vessels, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Reactors, Columns, Towers, and Scrubbers.

The candidate should have strong exposure to exotic and special metallurgy fabrication, including Titanium, Zirconium, Tantalum, Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, Duplex & Super Duplex steels, and other high-performance alloys. Process Engg Consultants catering to the Specialty Chemical Industry

Key Responsibilities
• Develop new business opportunities with EPC contractors, consultants, and end-users
• Generate enquiries and secure orders for engineered process equipment
• Promote TEMA Indias capabilities in special metallurgy fabrication
• Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposals with internal teams
• Track upcoming projects and engage with clients during early project stages

Key Requirements
• B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering / MBA Marketing
• 10 to 15 years experience in Business Development / Technical Sales
• Experience in process equipment manufacturing or fabrication
• Strong industry network with EPC companies
• Proven ability to convert enquiries into firm purchase orders
