Job Description
Manager Research Advisor
Role:
Lead end-to-end research projects on a digital research platform while managing and mentoring a team of research advisors. Drive client engagement, research quality, team performance, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage research planning, study design, participant recruitment, fielding, analysis, and client delivery.
- Provide research strategy and project guidance.
- Manage and mentor 3 to 6 research advisors, including coaching, 1:1s, feedback, and performance management.
- Own QA/QC, utilization, CSAT, retention, and team performance metrics.
- Drive process improvement, documentation, enablement, and AI-driven initiatives.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and team development.
Must-Have Skills:
- 2+ years of People Management
- UX / Qualitative / Market Research
- Research Project Management
- Client Engagement
- SaaS / Digital Research Platform Experience
- Team Mentoring & Performance Management
- Strong Communication & Critical Thinking
- Process Improvement & Problem Solving
- Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented
- Willingness to work 5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST
