Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Manager Q&T in Domestic. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and be based in Hyderabad.

Roles and Responsibility

Monitor and evaluate the quality of inbound and outbound telephone calls and other customer contact methods.
Document quality issues and performance measures for management review.
Provide information to assist in the feedback and formal education process of individuals on the phone.
Implement short to medium term activities within the business area or support sub-functions in line with department strategy.
Lead a team of Specialists, sometimes with several hierarchical levels, taking full responsibility for employee lifecycle.
Ensure appropriate policies, processes, and standards are developed and implemented to support tactical direction.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
Strong understanding of CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry trends and technologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing teams and leading complex projects.
A graduate degree is required.
