Job Description

• Production Planning and Execution:Develop production schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely execution of manufacturing processes
• Oversee daily operations to achieve production targets and meet quality standards
• Quality Control:Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality specifications
• Process Improvement:Identify inefficiencies in production processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
• Introduce new technologies or methodologies to optimize production efficiency
• Team Management:Lead and manage production teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance
• Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement among production staff
• Resource Allocation and Optimization:Manage resources including manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
• Ensure inventory levels are maintained and coordinate with procurement teams for raw materials
• Health and Safety Compliance:Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for production staff
