Job Description

Demonstrated manufacturing management experience with solid technical and engineering skills with proven technical leadership experience in large format job shop machining environment.

Ability to conceptualize the processing for the product development with careful & sophisticated quality control measures in compliance to the company standards and performed root-cause analysis to prevent any reoccurrences and defective issues.

Experience to see through a complicated and technical New Product Introduction process from start to successful implementation.

Acknowledged team leader, trainer and a motivator having ability to integrate efforts of cross functional teams to maximize operational efficiency. Fine-tuned analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Devise production Plans administering production control to ensure strict adherence to the time schedule, Quality Standards and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

Production activities including purchases planning, commercial operation and vendor development.

Operational efficiency by enhancing capacity utilization, reducing process rejection and non-value-added activities and logistics improvement.

Internal Controls for various operational areas for achieving higher operational efficiency, resource rationalization and cost reduction.

Regulating inventory levels to maintain logical stocks without excessive blockade of funds.

Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.

Estimate costs and prepare budgets.

Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.

Monitor production to resolve issues.

Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)

Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)

Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.

Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
