Participating in Evaluation of requirements
Reviewing the BRD and FSD for functionalities to be build
Testing of functionalities, UAT management
Facilitating cross functional alignment
Facilitating Governance Reviews
Knowledge transfer - Repository creation and management as per plan

Strengthen control & compliance of all transactions in POS.
Strengthen reporting of BAP submission
Review of SOP of all the critical processes
Identification of key process / product parameters having a financial or customer impact

Should be a graduate, preferably with a professional qualification.
Knowledge of Life Insurance process, Audit & Compliance guideline preferred.
Must have a minimum of 2-5 years in Insurance
