Role & responsibilities

1. Developing and implementing marketing strategies in coordination with the advertising agency, ensuring timely delivery, quality output and alignment with business objectives.

2. Planning and executing the marketing communication activities, including brochures, presentations, product catalogues and consistent brand messaging across all channels.

3. Managing the companys social media presence (e.g., LinkedIn), execute digital campaigns and enhance brand visibility.

4. Planning, coordinating and managing the participation in exhibitions, trade fairs and industry events.

5. Ensuring consistent brand positioning across online and offline platforms, maintaining corporate identity.

6. Managing and maintaining the CRM for lead tracking, data accuracy and marketing campaign effectiveness in coordination with the sales team.

7. Planning and managing the marketing budgets, monitor expenses to ensure cost-effective utilization and maximum return on investment.

8. Maintaining and updating the company website, ensuring accurate product information, SEO optimization.

9. Supporting the customer engagement initiatives through marketing campaigns, events and communication activities.

10. Gathering the market intelligence, track competitor activities and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for effective campaign execution.

Preferred candidate profile

• 715 years of experience in core marketing, preferably in B2B.
• Strong understanding of marketing communication, digital marketing and brand management.
• Experience in handling exhibitions, trade fairs and vendor/agency coordination.
• Proficiency in managing social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) and digital campaigns.
• Strong communication, presentation and coordination skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, internal teams and external agencies.
