Job Description
Manager Legal Compliance
Job Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with SEBI AIF PMS regulations and other applicable legal frameworks
- Develop, implement, and oversee compliance policies and procedures
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements related to investments, partnerships, and operations
- Monitor ongoing legal compliance and regulatory requirements
- Provide legal guidance on corporate transactions and risk assessment
- Liaise with external legal advisors and regulatory bodies
- Conduct legal audits and internal compliance checks
- Advise management on evolving regulatory trends and corporate governance
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 5-6 years
- Qualification: Company Secretary (CS) with a Law Degree preferred
- Certifications: NISM Series-III-A (Securities Intermediaries Compliance Non-Fund) is a plus
- Essential Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SEBI AIF PMS regulations (mandatory)
- Expertise in fund compliance, contract law, and corporate law
- Strong legal writing, negotiation, and risk assessment skills
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities
