Manager Fund Reconciliation

Job Description

Perform end-to-end fund and bank reconciliation, identify differences, and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and publish daily MIS reports and dashboards.
Manage exception handling and follow up with stakeholders.
Support process improvements and ensure data accuracy.
Collaborate with the finance team and other operational units to maintain seamless coordination and resolve financial discrepancies.
Act as a key point of contact between the finance team and other operational units, facilitating seamless coordination and resolving discrepancies.

Job Requirements

Strong Excel skills and familiarity with reconciliation tools.
Good communication, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to analyze complex financial data and identify trends and discrepancies.
Experience in fund/bank reconciliation, preferably in payments or banking sectors.
A strong understanding of financial operations and regulations is required.
The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
